Topic Areas

In order to do any racial justice or liberatory work, it is helpful if everyone in the group is operating in the same frameworks, the same story of what has happened, and the same story of what now exists as a result. These trainings describe what Racial Capitalism is, how it came to be, how it operates, as well as movements to resist and dismantle it. Topics covered include:
- Settler Colonialism
- The Social Construction of Race
- White Supremacy Culture
- Intersectionality
- Healing Justice
- Cultural Justice
- Pleasure + Joy as Resistance
Just like learning to paint or ride a bike, racial justice work depends upon skill sets that need to be learned, practiced, and executed. These trainings present relational skills that are the foundation of any movement or group work, and give space for practice. Topics covered include:
- Microaggressions
- Burnout + Self Care
- Conflict Navigation

Sliding Scale Pricing Structure

Training & Facilitation: $550-$6000 per session

Consulting: Hourly basis @ $250-$350 per hour per person

Based on three tiers:

up to $500,000 annual budget
$500,000 - $3 million annual budget
$3 million+ annual budget
