Ayo Universe is an amplifier of joy, a mother and collaborative connector. She focuses on organizational health and people centered human resources functions in the public sector.  She is currently a Human Resources Consultant with Minnesota Housing, and works to amplify the voices and experiences of the marginalized in government. Her motivation is to insight change and support those who need it most. She is passionate about strengthening community resources to nurture and ensure the best possible outcomes for the youth and vulnerable. Ayo lives in the Whittier neighborhood of Minneapolis, with her husband and two toddlers.
