Shoreé Ingram Named Executive Director of Voices for Racial Justice

Minneapolis, MN - Voices for Racial Justice is excited to announce the appointment of Shoreé Ingram as its new Executive Director. Ingram, a passionate advocate for community well-being and justice, brings extensive experience in racial equity strategic planning and organizational development to the role.

Shoreé (shore-RAY) Ingram - she/her - has devoted her career to holistic wellness through community healing and systems change. She has developed organizational change strategies for diversity, equity, inclusion, community engagement, and anti-racism in both government and non-profit sectors. Ingram’s expertise lies in closing gaps in outcomes through root cause analysis, policy evaluation, program design, results-based accountability, and community-based evaluation.

Her educational background includes studies in Journalism, Mass Communications, African and African American Studies, and Human Resources, Organization Development, and Adult Education from the University of Minnesota.

Voices for Racial Justice also wishes to extend its heartfelt gratitude to Monica Bryand, the outgoing Executive Director, who has served the organization with dedication and passion since 2019. Monica started her career as an accountant and has spent over 22 years in the philanthropic community, including 16 years at Headwaters Foundation for Justice. In 2015, she transitioned to consulting and pursued her passion for birding and bird photography. Monica leads the Urban Bird Collective, promoting inclusive birding spaces for BIPOC and the LGBT community in the Twin Cities.
