Board Member

Voices for Racial Justice is now accepting applications for its Board of Directors. Applications will be accepted until October 15th. The ideal candidate will have the philosophical commitment to values of racial, anti-oppression, and economic justice along with striving to honor the culture, knowledge, power, and healing of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.

Training Strategist

Reporting to the Director of Training, the Training Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing key internal and external curricula on social and racial justice. They will have the philosophical commitment to values of racial, anti-oppression, and economic justice along with striving to honor the culture, knowledge, power, and healing of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as an organizer, educator, and/or racial justice trainer, specifically with BIPOC from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. A successful candidate should be an open-minded, proactive, and solutions oriented individual who is passionate about VRJ’s vision, mission, and approach to building power for Racial Justice.
